TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Poole, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site)

hirify.global is a legaltech group partnering with Woodstock Legal Services to modernize legal practice through innovative tools and a people-first culture.

What you will do

  • Manage panel administration across lender and regulatory platforms, including applications and account setups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance queries and manage the compliance inbox.
  • Support regulatory and accreditation processes such as CQS renewals, DBS checks, and SRA administration.
  • Oversee mandatory training compliance, including onboarding new joiners and monitoring completion rates.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Poole 3 days per week.
  • Previous experience in an operational, compliance, administration, or support function.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage sensitive information accurately.
  • Methodical and detail-focused approach to record-keeping and compliance.
  • Confidence in using multiple systems, databases, and online platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working within a law firm or a regulated professional services environment.
