What you will do

• Serve as the global administrator for the primary Travel & Expense platform, managing configurations and release cycles.
• Oversee data integrity and interface stability between T&E platforms, SAP S/4HANA, and Workday.
• Enforce global T&E policies and internal financial controls through automated system workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to support leadership decision-making regarding travel and expense activity.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Procurement to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with T&E software vendors and corporate credit card providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or global finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur or equivalent enterprise-grade T&E software.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrations between T&E platforms, ERPs, and HRIS.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and global expense management best practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this is an onsite role.

• SAP Concur Advanced Configuration Certification.
• Experience leading large-scale SaaS implementations or enterprise upgrades.
• Proficiency in data visualization and compliance monitoring tools.
• Experience managing global corporate credit card programs.
