What you will do

  • Define strategic product positioning, target audiences, and campaign objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop full-funnel global campaign plans, including budgets, media plans, and influencer/creator strategies.
  • Write data-driven creative briefs and oversee branded marketing asset creation across digital, retail, paid media, and packaging touchpoints.
  • Execute integrated campaign activations with internal specialists and external agencies across paid media, influencer/creator, organic social, and communications.
  • Track marketing KPIs in real time and optimize creative, media mix, and spend allocation to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Present plans, results, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Strong international experience with familiarity with European and North American consumer culture and purchase drivers, plus understanding of Asian markets.
  • Proven consumer product marketing experience for a global brand with hands-on ownership of campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization.
  • Strong marketing analytics skills to interpret KPIs across channels and adjust strategy in real time.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, social platforms, and influencer/creator ecosystems.
  • Strong project management skills to deliver complex multi-workstream campaigns on time and on budget.
