TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Marketing): Shaping the go-to-market strategy and positioning for Extended Services Programs to drive long-term customer adoption. Focus on crafting compelling product narratives, orchestrating cross-functional launches, and leveraging data insights to influence product roadmaps and enhance customer touchpoints.

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Build differentiated positioning and messaging based on customer insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Design and orchestrate go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product and Marketing Ops.
  • Craft consistent product narratives across all customer touchpoints in partnership with Brand and PR teams.
  • Influence product roadmaps and identify innovation opportunities by partnering with Product Managers.
  • Ensure brand alignment across the entire customer journey from pre- to post-purchase.
  • Analyze launch performance using data tools to iterate and optimize future strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, specifically launching B2C products.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to use data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Track record of building trust and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Figma or Amplitude.
  • Fluency in another language spoken in our markets.
  • Strong awareness of culture and current events.
