What you will do

• Develop and implement international marketing strategies for the APAC region, including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
• Manage global marketing agencies and package forwarder relationships to accelerate regional growth and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Copywriting, to ensure consistent global messaging and localized execution.
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for international expansion business, technology, and product leads.
• Own performance reporting and insight generation, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and inform future initiatives.
• Champion cultural fluency and guide teams to adapt creative messaging appropriately for each target market.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in international or global marketing with a proven record of scaling campaigns across multiple regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in global go-to-market (GTM) planning, localization, and cross-regional campaign execution.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
