TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and operate company-wide performance management programs and review cycles.
  • Develop performance frameworks, rating methodologies, and evaluation processes.
  • Lead end-to-end performance cycles, including planning, communications, execution, and reporting.
  • Design and facilitate calibration sessions with managers and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Compensation and People leadership on job architecture, promotion frameworks, and talent decisions.
  • Create and deliver manager training on feedback, promotions, and career development.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience designing and operating company-wide performance programs from the ground up.
  • Experience leading calibration processes and facilitating talent discussions with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret talent data and organizational trends.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting technical populations, including AI researchers and engineers.
  • Expertise in job architecture, leveling frameworks, and competency models.
  • Experience supporting organizations through rapid scaling and organizational change.
  • Familiarity with modern talent and performance management systems.
