What you will do

• Facilitate and scale the signature Agent Trainee cohort experience across various business units.
• Partner with business divisions to diagnose learning needs and implement customized team workshops and training.
• Manage the executive coaching program, including process definition and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and launch innovative development programs for senior executives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data analysis and business impact metrics.
• Curate a library of high-quality learning offerings and prepare internal team members for facilitation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with expertise in facilitation and internal consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering cohort-based and leadership development programs.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to diagnose needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multi-faceted initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Industry experience in Media, Entertainment, Brand Marketing, or Consulting.
