What you will do
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and cultural behaviors.
- Design and implement innovative, technology-enabled learning programs (e.g., AI-driven platforms, immersive simulations, microlearning) to deliver personalized, inclusive, scalable experiences.
- Lead leadership development initiatives for emerging and senior leaders to navigate complexity with agility and inclusive decision-making.
- Run enterprise skill-gap analyses and create targeted learning pathways that encourage ownership and continuous growth.
- Measure program effectiveness using advanced analytics and feedback loops to ensure measurable impact.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to embed learning into talent processes (succession planning, performance management, career progression) and lead a team of learning professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or leadership development in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven success designing and implementing innovative, technology-enabled learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of future workforce trends, including digital transformation, AI adoption, and agile leadership.
- Expertise in modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, experiential learning, and personalized learning journeys.
- Strong analytical skills using data and learning analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
