What you will do

• Facilitate client workshops to analyze and document business requirements aligned with agency objectives.
• Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Perform gap assessments between legacy workflows and ServiceNow capabilities to guide build vs. configure decisions.
• Manage backlog quality and ensure all items meet the Definition of Ready before sprint intake.
• Mentor junior team members on federal domain context and platform best practices.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, and the creation of federal-standard documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required for Secret-level security clearance eligibility.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years specifically with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrable background supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
• Hands-on experience delivering within Agile/Scrum teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile) and process mapping software.

• PMP or CSM certification
• SAFe PO/PM certification
