• Create detailed business requirements documents and diagrams for tax product capabilities.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications for product development.
• Develop comprehensive business cases with cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
• Manage backlogs, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Atlassian tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
