What you will do

• Gather and document system and functional requirements through direct customer interaction.
• Author detailed business requirements and functional specifications for cybersecurity and network offerings.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in business process re-design and assist customers with system enhancements.
• Collaborate with QA and programming teams to ensure successful migration of changes into production.
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure audit readiness and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Proven ability to define use cases and author functional or technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
• Ability to independently manage multiple work efforts under aggressive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Expertise in cybersecurity compliance (PCI, PII).
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Knowledge of AI-based technologies and cloud-based systems.
