What you will do

• Own and redesign the end-to-end fulfilment model to ensure fast and cost-efficient hardware delivery across all countries and channels.
• Integrate the supply chain into the GTM platform, utilizing commercial signals and feeding data back into the central system.
• Establish automation and AI agents as the default operating mode for all operational processes.
• Manage and optimize unit economics of fulfilment by channel and region, balancing cost-to-serve with delivery speed.
• Transition the function from day-to-day execution to a scalable operating model built for continued market expansion.

Requirements

• Technical, systems-minded operator with a proven track record of rebuilding operational functions from the ground up.
• Experience replacing manual processes with systems, automation, and tooling to achieve measurable gains in speed or cost.
• Genuine fluency with AI-native and agentic ways of working, using automation as a core operating tool.
• Strong proficiency in data and workflow design with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to connect operations into a wider platform and partner effectively with commercial, product, and platform teams.
• Strategic capacity to set an operating model based on first principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or hardware fulfilment.
• Experience managing multi-market or pan-European operations.
