Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead daily execution of the global travel program, ensuring policy compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee service desk operations, including traveler inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into program performance and spend.
- Partner with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and suppliers to resolve complex issues and improve outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including roadmap development and milestone tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, digitization, and automation of self-service tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate program management and travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, policy compliance, and travel program ecosystems.
- Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving program improvements.
- Excellent executive-level communication and project management skills.
- Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least four days per week.
