TL;DR

Manager, Global Corporate Travel (Logistics/Operations): Leading the day-to-day execution and governance of the global travel program with an accent on service delivery, policy compliance, and data-driven performance optimization. Focus on managing cross-functional initiatives, improving travel workflows, and ensuring high-quality traveler experiences through technology-enabled solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead daily execution of the global travel program, ensuring policy compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee service desk operations, including traveler inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into program performance and spend.
  • Partner with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and suppliers to resolve complex issues and improve outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including roadmap development and milestone tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, digitization, and automation of self-service tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate program management and travel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, policy compliance, and travel program ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving program improvements.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and project management skills.
  • Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least four days per week.
