What you will do

• Determine and deliver industrial plumbing product quotations based on customer requirements and project timelines.
• Review customer specifications to ensure requirements can be satisfied and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers.
• Collaborate with design engineering to develop accurate cost estimates for quotations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and other functions to align proposed solutions and timelines.
• Process customer requests for technical clarification, documentation, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related business area.
• 5+ years of technical work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Commercial and Industrial piping systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and time management skills to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI (Monday–Friday).

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of hydraulic principles, pumps, and plumbing systems.
