What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform precision maintenance on production equipment including CNC machines, conveyors, and robotics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to install, integrate, and commission new production equipment.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program and maintain inventory of mechanical supplies.
• Identify failure trends and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Mentor apprentices and train department employees on equipment operation and safety.

Requirements

• Journeyman certification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright or equivalent trade qualification.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems (up to 480 volts) and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Must be able to work on-site in Germantown, WI.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with robotic welding applications and E-Coat metal processing equipment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Limble or similar PM software.
