Technical Service Representative (Water Technologies)

Location: Must be based in Menomonee Falls, WI (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Identify and recommend appropriate products for specific customer applications.
• Troubleshoot product failures by isolating root causes and resolving issues.
• Document customer complaints and process replacement or shortage order inquiries.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to drive product improvement.
• Participate in product audits and new product development efforts.
• Review technical literature and assist with product recalls and installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Location: Must be based in Menomonee Falls, WI and able to work onsite three days per week.
