What you will do

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from deal memo through final execution and payment.
• Oversee deal workflow for EMEA and APAC regions, including status meetings and prioritization.
• Lead and coach a team of Contract Managers and Coordinators, managing performance and development.
• Ensure accurate deal entry in management systems and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Develop and enhance system reporting tools to support key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align team goals and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Must be able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Relevant experience in licensing, consumer products, games, or publishing.
• Proven experience in contract management, systems, and process setting.
• Strong team leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills and excellent data analytical abilities.
