What you will do

• Provide legal support to the CNBC International in-house Advertising Sales function.
• Draft, review, and negotiate advertising terms, sponsorship, and custom content agreements.
• Negotiate channel distribution agreements with MVPDs across broadcast, cable, and IP delivery.
• Advise on broadcast regulations within the UK and across the EMEA region.
• Prepare agreements with vendors and production companies for commercial content.
• Implement automated contract processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of legal experience in media distribution and advertising regulation.
• Strong background in TMT sector, ideally from private practice or an in-house team.
• Expertise in UK and/or EU sales and commercial law.
• Experience with digital advertising, new media platforms, and FAST.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
• Must be willing to work in London, United Kingdom.
