What you will do

• Lead complex IP matters including licensing, assignments, copyright, and trademark issues.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

• Support business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to thought-leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with strong PQE in intellectual property.
• Deep technical knowledge of IP rights, licensing, and enforcement.
• Proven experience in managing complex cases and producing commercially focused advice.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on business development and growth.
