What you will do

• Lead all legal aspects of data center design, engineering, and construction projects across the UK and EMEA.
• Oversee the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from early planning through commissioning.
• Direct global expansion initiatives and new site development in Europe and other strategic markets.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations for colocation partnerships and EPC contracts.
• Establish and manage a robust vendor ecosystem with clear governance and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• 12+ PQE lawyer with experience leading large-scale construction or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record of delivering data center projects across the UK and/or EMEA.
• Extensive expertise in non-contentious construction, major infrastructure, or industrial development.
• Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, and commercial negotiation.
• Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, including land acquisition, permitting, and commissioning.
• Ability to manage global complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
