What you will do

• Underwrite complex SME cyber risks within established authority and appetite.
• Develop and manage a panel of brokers to drive new business and income growth.
• Engage brokers through meetings, training, and development plans to position the company as a preferred partner.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support data-led engagement and reporting.
• Coach and mentor junior underwriters to support team performance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver strong outcomes for brokers and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven experience in underwriting Cyber risks, ideally within the SME sector.
• Strong knowledge of cyber exposures, coverage, and underwriting discipline.
• Demonstrable success in building and developing broker relationships.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to trade, influence, and win business.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital underwriting platforms.
