What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Tier 1 and key institutional clients.
• Partner with Client Relationship Managers to resolve operational queries and escalations.
• Manage client requests and track interactions within Salesforce.
• Coordinate client meetings and articulate complex operational topics to stakeholders.
• Review Investment Management Agreements to identify and monitor in-scope obligations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiency, automation, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in client servicing with direct client contact.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, distribution channels, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of reviewing processes and implementing enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
