What you will do
- Own end-to-end quote-to-cash operations, including billing setup, invoicing, AR, cash application, and collections.
- Operationalize complex contracts involving custom order forms, multi-product entitlements, usage tiers, and renewals.
- Manage commission operations, running calculation cycles and partnering with Sales on policy execution.
- Establish pricing realization and discount governance to provide visibility and support better commercial decisions.
- Design and maintain the commercial finance systems stack, including Salesforce, billing platforms, and NetSuite.
- Serve as the senior Finance point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Legal regarding commercial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of running and improving quote-to-cash and AR operations at scale.
- Deep expertise in sales compensation operations, including bespoke clauses, accelerators, and clawbacks.
- Systems fluency across Salesforce (ideally CPQ), billing platforms, and NetSuite.
- Experience building or scaling a function as a leader or senior IC.
- Legally able to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multi-product SaaS business with usage-based or hybrid pricing.
- Practical operational exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience working closely with deal desk, legal, and accounting as distinct functions.
