What you will do

• Map and analyze end-to-end finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and intercompany flows.
• Identify inefficiencies and control gaps to lead the delivery of automation and process improvements.
• Define and roll out standard operating procedures across acquired businesses to ensure consistency.
• Partner with systems teams to translate process requirements into NetSuite configurations and enhancements.
• Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities into the finance operating model.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure the impact of system and process changes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance operations or finance transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), preferably in multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite at a user, super-user, or functional consultant level.
• Track record of delivering improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Legal right to work in the UK is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting M&A integrations, ERP rollouts, or large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
