Finance Analyst (Finance): Providing financial support and insight to the QFP business and management team with an accent on performance tracking, incentive scheme calculations, and management information reporting. Focus on developing robust reporting dashboards, managing incentive loan tracking, and supporting the Affluent Finance Director with commercial oversight.

What you will do

• Produce monthly network performance trackers and weekly RFP dashboards.
• Calculate and manage the QFP distribution incentive scheme.
• Process out-of-system AR rebates and manage incentive loan tracking.
• Support the Affluent Finance Director in administering monthly Commercial Oversight forum meetings.
• Develop and maintain key management information reports for the QFP business and distribution teams.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Southampton or London.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong ability to summarize complex information for stakeholders.
• Methodical approach with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Experience or awareness of QFP commission systems is highly desirable.
