What you will do

• Measure financial performance against targets through variance analysis and reasoning.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasting plans to support business growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of cost structures and drivers to provide actionable insights.
• Build financial models, perform trend analysis, and conduct competitor benchmarking.
• Partner with growth and sales teams to provide pricing expertise and analytical support.
• Drive process improvements and policy initiatives to positively impact business performance.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, AICWA, MBA or equivalent).
• Strong commercial FP&A experience gained in a similar role.
• Ability to manage, influence, and present to C-level executives and board members.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Looker.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in London.
