What you will do
- Target SME organizations up to 750 users to identify key decision-makers in Security, Compliance, and IT.
- Conduct rigorous research on SME organizations in partnership with the channel ecosystem.
- Increase market share through outbound telephone prospecting and strategic account targeting.
- Articulate the company’s value proposition to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to organize and deliver product demonstrations.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and meet quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Experience in technology sales, ideally within the SME sector.
- Strong ability to leverage and partner with channel ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Growth mindset with a high level of activity and attention to detail.
