What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all game content, ensuring episodes ship on time and within budget.
  • Establish and continuously improve core studio workflows, including sprint cadences and estimation models.
  • Direct day-to-day project operations within development pipelines to resolve roadblocks for engineering and design.
  • Analyze cost-per-episode metrics to eliminate operational friction and improve financial efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a junior production team, providing clear direction and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Partner with the CPO and founders to align resource capacity with the broader studio roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in games production (mobile, console, or PC).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead production role.
  • Proven track record of guiding game production cycles from concept to final shipped release.
  • Deep technical proficiency with Jira and Confluence for structuring production pipelines.
  • Practical experience in managing project budgets and tracking operational delivery metrics.
  • Advanced fluency in English (C1).

Nice to have

  • Experience building a game production function from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in scaling mobile subscription content pipelines.
