What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic account management.
• Own and oversee the entire sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, RFP responses, and closing.
• Develop and execute detailed business and territory plans to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Lead a virtual team consisting of presales, partner managers, and customer success resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement partner-driven and end-user marketing plans.
• Maintain high Salesforce hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish language proficiency.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Ability to perform business travel of approximately 50% yearly.
• Experience in competitively positioning software solutions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Proven ability to navigate and manage discussions with both business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
