Focus on leading the full deal lifecycle and structuring complex transactions while positioning the technology as a trusted advisor.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for account retention and expansion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Onfido’s technology and the Identity Verification (IDV) industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts by aligning customer objectives with the most effective solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quota-carrying enterprise software/tech sales with consistent target attainment and improved Net Retention Revenue (NRR).
  • Ability to build relationships at the C-level within large, complex organizations.
  • Operational discipline: manage time, qualify opportunities, and use Salesforce (or similar CRMs).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly articulate complex value propositions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining credibility with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the Identity or Security industry.
  • Training in MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or Force Management methodologies.
  • Experience with Miller Heiman LAMP or similar long-term account/territory planning.
