TL;DR

Regional Director of Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading sales strategy and execution across the Western United States to drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion with an accent on high-performing team development and enterprise relationship management. Focus on managing complex B2B cybersecurity sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and executing regional growth plans in the West US market.

Location: Remote (USA). Preferred locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, or Denver.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to exceed revenue targets in the Western United States.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to improve deal execution and account strategy.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel leadership to develop regional demand generation campaigns and field programs.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools to provide accurate business reviews to senior leadership.
  • Oversee regional sales resources and budget to maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership, specifically managing teams across the Western US.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced B2B technology environments.
  • Must be located in or near San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, or Denver.
  • Experience selling complex B2B technology solutions, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Specific experience in API, application, or cloud security.
