Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 USD.

What you will do

• Conduct audits of internal specialists and vendor agents across email support and moderation lines.
• Coach internal and vendor teams on behaviors, workflows, and processes to improve quality.
• Create and maintain rubrics to measure agent performance effectively.
• Analyze performance data and present insights to key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities through trend analysis and project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendor partners to ensure KPI achievement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in escalations or operations.
• Strong detail-oriented approach and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Vancouver, Canada.
