What you will do
- Design and own the QA program, including sampling frameworks, coverage, and scoring methodologies.
- Build structured feedback loops synthesizing data from audits and interaction transcripts to identify systemic issues.
- Translate QA signals into data-backed narratives to influence prioritization across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Develop dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track quality exposure and remediation progress.
- Lead calibration and scoring integrity efforts across internal and vendor auditors.
- Perform root-cause analyses on recurring failures and define prioritized remediation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or operational quality in high-scale or regulated environments.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong data skills and experience in dashboard/reporting development.
- Proven ownership of QA or controls programs with measurable impact on product or customer outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Ops Enablement, Vendor Management, Product, and Compliance.
- Experience in financial services or fintech.
Nice to have
- Prior vendor QA management and calibration program ownership.
- Experience with automation-enabled QA tools, such as conversational AI outputs.
