Entry Level Quality Assurance Associate (CRM): Ensuring the quality and reliability of a CRM platform, email campaigns, and an ecommerce web application with an accent on end-to-end CRM/email testing, cross-device validation, and defect triage across multiple environments. Focus on building test strategies, verifying data integrity and email rendering (including personalization and tracking), and partnering with developers and automation to ship bug-free releases.

What you will do

  • Plan, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory tests across Staging, UAT, and Production.
  • Run end-to-end CRM and email campaign testing, including template rendering, dynamic content, personalization, audience segmentation, and automated customer journey workflows.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing across Android, iOS, and Web to validate production readiness.
  • Validate multi-language email translations and verify email rendering in major clients/devices (links, CTAs, tracking parameters, unsubscribe mechanisms).
  • Verify data integrity between CRM platforms and campaign tools (trigger logic, drip sequences, list management rules) and maintain test cases/test plans.
  • Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and partner with the Test Automation team to identify and review cases for automation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of testing ecommerce applications or CRM experience.
  • Working experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA).
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write detailed bug reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across developers, product managers, and marketers.
  • Ability to follow processes, document work rigorously, and maintain high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ecommerce applications and email testing.
  • Fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in Spanish or French.
