What you will do

• Conduct line audits, calibrations, CTR reviews, and control plan checks.
• Investigate quality incidents and support corrective actions to ensure standards.
• Make product acceptance decisions and manage the product release process.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure full compliance with specifications.
• Perform both destructive and non-destructive lab testing on cable products.
• Coach and support production operators in maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and defects.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and cutting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, testing, or manufacturing is an asset.
