What you will do

• Validate system functionality against business requirements through primarily manual testing in an agile environment.
• Analyze requirements with project partners, clarify discrepancies, and ensure full understanding of deliverables.
• Provide testing effort estimates for project initiation and planning, and ensure QA deliverables meet predefined dates and timelines.
• Build high-level test plans and detailed functional test cases that trace requirements to tests.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and support production incident fixes for planned software and data changes.
• Maintain automated regression test scripts (e.g., Katalon or Selenium) and produce evidentiary documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Financial services experience or mutual fund industry experience is required.
• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge of standard quality assurance practices and measures.
• Strong analytical skills and an investigative attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Current work authorization is required for all openings.
