What you will do

• Lead operational excellence to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Manage and optimize processes involving laser cutting, robotic metal forming, robotic welding, and high-volume assembly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams including fabrication, welding, and assembly to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development among plant staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
