What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing, machining, and foundry operations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste.
• Manage facility budgets, KPIs, and financial performance targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and operators.
• Support the integration of AI strategies and vision systems into plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing.
• 7+ years in multi-functional plant leadership with full P&L or substantial budget accountability.
• Proven experience managing facilities of comparable scale ($300M–$500M+ revenue).
• Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing and operational transformation.
• Ability to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
