Salary: $142,000 – $218,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop site strategies to support overall company goals for a 400+ employee manufacturing facility.
  • Lead safety programs, enforce compliance, and cultivate a zero-incident culture.
  • Promote and implement LEAN manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee plant performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity KPIs.
  • Partner with HR to maintain open communication, fairness, and a strong Positive Associate Relations (PAR) culture.
  • Manage daily operations, including resource planning and equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing or Industrial preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
  • Proven experience managing manufacturing operations of similar scale (300+ employees).
  • Deep understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Work authorization and ability to work onsite in Brookings, SD.
