TL;DR
Value Strategist (SaaS/Identity Governance): Develop customer business and technology insights and translate them into C-suite-ready value narratives, business cases, and investment justifications with an accent on ROI/IRR/TCO modeling and board-level deal storytelling. Focus on partnering with APJ sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape measurable strategic outcomes for the region’s largest opportunities.

What you will do
- Shape and deliver C-suite-ready value narratives, business cases, and investment justifications for strategic APJ deals.
- Partner with sales teams, account stakeholders, and senior executives to assess customer objectives, improvement opportunities, and risk posture.
- Build customer-facing Excel models and create detailed PowerPoint presentations to support value-based decisions.
- Perform deep financial analysis and educate non-financial stakeholders on ROI, IRR, and TCO concepts.
- Develop creative account strategies and execute sales plays in collaboration with field sales teams.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, partners, marketing, customer success, professional services, and product teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
- 5+ years of business value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, and/or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience leading C-level discussions and presenting board-level business cases.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions (ideally in identity governance or access management).
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including building Excel models and preparing slide decks.
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear value messaging for non-financial stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Korean fluency.
- Degree in finance, accounting, and/or engineering.
