What you will do

• Own the company’s core operating cadence, including quarterly business reviews and OKR/V2MOM tracking.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives as a program manager for the CEO.
• Coordinate annual planning processes in partnership with Finance to translate strategy into investment decisions.
• Prepare board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations for high-stakes internal and external moments.
• Build and maintain data layers, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support executive decision-making.
• Provide analytical and project management support for M&A and strategic partnership evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or private equity/venture capital.
• Strong analytical fluency with experience building financial models and synthesizing data from multiple sources.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience developing executive-level materials.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite leaders and manage senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Comfort operating with significant ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with customer success or post-sale technology landscapes.
• Experience designing operating cadences or annual planning cycles at an organizational level.
