What you will do
- Run enablement sessions for pre-sales and sales on business value discovery and applications.
- Lead customer discovery and value consulting across sales, expansion, and renewal cycles, shaping deal strategy.
- Develop end-to-end business cases and value frameworks to quantify cost savings, revenue uplift, and efficiency gains.
- Translate complex data and technical concepts into executive-level narratives tailored to industry priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product to refine value propositions and GTM messaging.
- Build POVs on industry trends and articulate the ROI of AI-powered experience orchestration.
Requirements
- Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
- 10+ years of experience in business value consulting, management consulting, business analysis, or solution consulting in technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modelling and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and take ownership with minimal guidance.
- Understanding of customer experience and contact centre technologies or cloud-based platforms (CcaaS preferred).
