TL;DR
Pre Sales Director - Post Trade (Fintech): Driving the growth of Global Technology and Operations products across EMEA with an accent on consultative solutioning and business development. Location: Hybrid (London). Must be based in London with 3 days per week office attendance required. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What you will do
- Provide subject matter expertise for Global Post Trade solutions to support sales directors and business development efforts.
- Lead the RFP/RFI process, coordinating complex responses and creating cogent executive summaries.
- Design and deliver custom presentations and technical product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Marketing teams to effectively communicate the value of solutions and services.
- Identify prospective new clients and assist the sales team in the qualification process.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the Business Unit to influence strategic roadmap inputs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of end-to-end post-trade processing across multiple asset classes, including settlement and corporate actions.
- Knowledge of EMEA market infrastructures, including CSDs, CCPs, SWIFT messaging, and ISO 15022/20022 updates.
- Experience in the financial services technology industry or working within financial institutions.
- Proven track record in sales support, account management, or business development.
- Ability to represent the company at a senior level both internally and externally.
- Must be located in London and able to attend the office 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications.
- Familiarity with SaaS capabilities and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM).
- Technical mindset for configuring and demonstrating complex solutions.
