What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for credit card partners, managing marketplace performance and revenue reporting.
• Analyze platform datasets to derive business insights and collaborate with partners on innovating new propositions.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements with new and existing partners to optimize value sharing.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to optimize the conversion funnel and marketplace experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to create and optimize commercial email campaigns.
• Forecast the value of new initiatives to assist in technical resource prioritization.

Requirements

• Proven track record of high achievement in professional and academic environments.
• Strong aptitude for data analytics and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take on significant responsibility quickly.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting.
• Background in relationship, partner, or account management.
• Previous work in consumer finance, fintech, or B2B tech companies.
