Salary: OTE £45,000-£55,000

What you will do

• Manage and nurture a newly approved client base, primarily engaging with SME owner-directors and finance managers.
• Drive increased card spend by effectively demonstrating the value of the product suite.
• Maintain high activity levels, including making 35-40 calls per day.
• Work towards and consistently hit specific card spend targets and KPIs.
• Ensure a positive and seamless first experience for newly approved clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Understanding of SME financial operations.
• Must be able to work from the Brighton office 3 days a week.
