What you will do

• Generate new business opportunities through cold and warm telephone calling.
• Conduct full fact-finds to gather business information and identify funding requirements.
• Manage and develop a personal diary to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers while ensuring compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all business dialogues within the CRM system (SalesLogix or similar).

Requirements

• Educated to GCSE standard or above.
• Background in finance, business, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work from the Southampton office during the initial training period.
