What you will do

• Own the enterprise digital customer experience vision across contract, retail, and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Establish experience principles and priorities to guide decision-making across brands and channels.
• Lead cross-channel journey design covering discovery, specification, purchase, and service.
• Partner with Retail, Contract, eCommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams to align investment and execution.
• Define and govern enterprise-scale experience frameworks and design systems.
• Provide strategic direction to Product Design and UX teams while ensuring accessibility and ADA compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise digital or customer experience functions.
• Proven expertise in Product Design and UX within complex ecosystems.
• Exceptional systems-level thinking and ability to establish enterprise standards.
• Experience balancing brand differentiation with shared foundational design systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
