What you will do

• Define the unified experience vision for MomentiveIQ across the full product portfolio.
• Design cross-product navigation and interaction patterns to allow fluid movement between products.
• Establish design systems for AI-powered interfaces, including conversational UX, proactive recommendations, and agentic workflows.
• Own the information architecture for how AI-generated insights and actions surface across products.
• Lead user research and usability testing to identify friction points and validate the unified experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to translate platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of UX/product design experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Direct experience designing cross-product or platform-level experiences.
• Proven experience designing production-ready AI-powered interfaces (conversational UX, recommendation systems).
• Track record of establishing design systems adopted across multiple product teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or multi-product platform design.
• Experience working within the Association or Non-Profit sector.
