What you will do

• Lead human-centered design processes and deliverables in compliance with federal standards.
• Create discovery artifacts, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex data into intuitive, user-centric visual dashboards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to articulate goals and solve complex problems.
• Mentor junior designers and provide actionable feedback to support team growth.
• Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or HS diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as Figma.
• Experience with data visualization, web forms, and dashboard design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, including 508 compliance.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and environments.
