What you will do

• Define and lead the design vision for the provider EHR experience, incorporating AI-first principles into core product interactions.
• Manage, grow, and mentor a high-performing design team as a player-coach.
• Own key strategic initiatives and directly shape critical AI-powered features and workflows.
• Ensure end-to-end coherence across provider and patient experiences, aligning onboarding and care delivery flows.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns.
• Lead user research by engaging directly with providers to validate assumptions and refine usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading design teams on complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in high-growth or mature product environments scaling design teams.
• Experience designing AI-native or AI-augmented product experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both high-quality individual contributions and scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
